Time needed: 20 minutes.

Always recovery properly immediately after and between workouts

  1. Mindfulness during the sessions, for three minutes

    Be present in what you do, find something to focus on and follow your movements and reactions

  2. Meditation between sessions, 15 minutes

    To recover the brain and let it strengthen its resilience for future use.

  3. Breath through your nose to help the body wind down and recover quicker
