Time needed: 10 minutes.

Always recovery properly immediately after and between workouts

  1. Active recovery for at least 3 minutes

    Shake loose, stand up and be active to keep your circulation going

  2. Stretch the muscles that you worked out

    Keep the stretch for at least 30 seconds

  3. Put on something warm
